The stallion walked across the ranges, weaving through trees. He felt the vibrations of sounds he could not hear. Soon he came to the clearing .
This particular horses sensitivity to vibrations was so finely attuned that he could feel a pin drop. Unfortunately, he was also slightly paranoid, for the slightest vibrations could mean disaster. He jumped at the vibrations of small animals scurrying through the grass.
"Ah." he sighed as he felt waterbugs on the top of the pond he was seeking.
He loped to the waters edge, placing his hooves into the cool water. He had come to practice his water bending skills away from the crowds at the Conocer Lagoon. He made a column of water and shot it out towards a tree. It hit an unstable branch, which broke off. Kintaro swore loudly, not that he could hear himself, but others surely could. He had meant to hit the trunk, but he had not practiced in a long while. He continued his practice and hoped no others would come.

Africa trotted through trees as he wandered round his territory, making sure all was running smoothly. Soon enough his ears swivelled towards a voice and he halted, his nostrils widening as he turned his head to catch a scent. He soon enough snorted as he caught the scent of that being a stallion. He pinned his ears for a split second before they pricked forward again. He soon enough set into a trot in the direction, slowing to a walk as he got closely. As the stallion came into brief sight through the trees, he stopped and stood watching him. Soon enough Africa looked around, checking his stomach. He grinned and decided to test this stallion a bit. He closed his eyes for a brief second, soon enough he couldn't be seen and he opened his eyes again. Africa soon enough began walking through the trees that circled the area of the water. He nickered out softly, his voice deep and itimidating "And what do you think your doing?" He continued on, now coming further and further out of the trees and into the clearing, still not visable. He stopped for a brief second before walking on again "coming into another stallions territory, especially the king of the torn terra being the alpha of this land." He watched soon enough stopping by a tree and leaning against it as he watched the stallion, waiting for a response, reaction, not realising the stallion was deaf.

Lieara walked back into the terra that was once her own. She looked about, the same darkish terra lay around her, but it had changed.... The sents, they were all wrong, and where was the mighty nay that would sound once she entered? She snorted to herself, water suddenly raising itself near her hooves as it to shared her suspicion and concern. She scowled and raised her head to the wind. Slowly, she let a long, drifting nay fill the loominous trees of the forest. It echoed to every corner of the place, a question ringing in it's depths like treasure in a deep ocean. Legend.......!? she yelled in her mind, her midnight blue eyes flaring. Her terra had clearly been re-claimed. She reared and snorted, her mane flowing around her like water, her body a raging furry..... but was it really anger...? Freedom! I am freed from my claiming! she called to herself. She tossed her head as she remembered Legend claiming her as his beta. She had always been a dark at heart, but she had been bound to the torn terra. Then, she remembered, others would be in this terra now, another herd. She scowled and turned on her hooves, galloping soundlessly through the trees, a blue streak. Water glided beside her like whisps of wind, covering her sent, but her nay still vibrated through the air. She stopped short as she relized that someone was near. The sent that dominated this place, it was too strong, the leader, he was near! She pivorted and stood still, her eyes flaring. Oh no........

Kintaro felt the vibrations of the stallions voice. It took him a while to process the words.
"I don't wish to cause trouble, I don't wish to fight. I come only to practice my bending." He said loudly, still concentrating on his water bending.
He dropped the water for a minute to face who he was speaking to when the vibrations of a very strong neigh came to him. He smelled the air. Nothing. But he felt the neigh... and then he felt hoofbeats. Nothing on the air? How could that be? Then he smelled water from elsewhere... groundwater perhaps? A water element. Lovely. Just what he needed, someone who knew things about his element that he hadn't discovered yet, someone stronger.

Africa stood upright from leaning on the tree and walked to his right a little as he spoke "Well when wandering into a stallions territory, especially the King of the Torn's territory, why would you think you wouldn't cause trouble?" Africa chuckled "But i guess you should be glad i ain't like others, i actually am willing to listen and sort little agreements out." He smiled, his ears swivelling as he could hear the sounds of hooves beating against the forest floor, a sound he knew oh so well. He raised an eyebrow as he looked in the direction, his nostrils flaring as he raised his muzzle to the air "Mare..well doesn't this make it interesting." He grinned as he gave a bit of a lugh and a shake of his head "just joking." He turned back to the deaf stallion and soon nickered "Well, i'm fine with you practicing your water bending round 'ere, but if any trouble i'm happy to chase ya off, unless your interested in joinin' my herd." Africa became visable for a second as he gave a nod of his head and a wink, a cheeky yet friendly smile upon his face before he turned off with a canter, fading into nothing as he turned 'Ghost.'
As he felt and sensed himself getting closer to the mare he scented eariler he slowed his gait, soon enough coming to a walk as he peered through the trees, still not visable. He made his way towards her, soon enough her coming into plain sight. He grinned, stopping and leaning against a tree as he nickered "Whats a mare like you wanderin' 'round these parts eh?" To the mare Africa was sure to just sound like a voice in the trees, but really, he was standing on metres away, leaning against one of the thick trees.

Kintaro looked in the mare direction, still not sure whether it really was a mare or not. He was getting pretty mad, being without one of the few senses he was left with. He followed Africa's scent, supposing he would follow the newcomer. He was curious of the new horse.

Lieara snorted, her eyes blazing up as she heard..... hoofsteps........ npo, they were too light. But.... wasn't that a....? She stopped, head high, mane flashing about her in a wild storm. Water raised and washed over her hooves as it shared her worry. She had entered her old terra, to find it ruled by another, and now she faced getting captured by the torn side again. Then a voice came to her from the trees. She swivled to it, her eyes narrowing to a menacing glare, her lips curled back in a scowl. Then seeing none, but hearing much, she relized. "Stop playing ghost element, that is what makes you wanted dead. I assum,e you own this terra, all I wish is to pass through it to another. Don't cause yourself no trouble torn dweller." She hissed. Her words sang through the air like an evil snare, forming the threat. She knew it not wise to speek so in the dark lands in which she belonged, but she knew her skill very well, and even though she could not see the owner of the voice, she still had aid of ice and water.

Kintaro felt the vibrations of the mares hiss. He followed them to her. She seemed to be worried, for what reason he could not figure out. He didn't need to either, for it wasn't his business. But he was curious, about the mare, about her situation, and about how she covered her scent so well... For now he watched, waiting for her to reveal her secrets...
He waited for Africa to speak, not wanting to insult the king by accident and get himself into trouble. He just observed her as the water she pulled from the ground rose and soaked her hooves. On accident perhaps? Was she so skilled in her element that the water responded to her emotions and not just her will?

Lieara snorted as she waited for the ghost to appear, her head high, her eyes blazing like smoldering saphire coles. Then her sweeping gaze landed upon something she had not noticed before. A flicker of shadow in the trees, the small ripples on the surface of the water at her hooves. The tiny soft touch of damp breath as it floats from the direction of shadows. She scowled and cursed herself, she must always be alert to all, and not center on one. Spinning her lashing hooves towards the sent she had not noticed, her mood flared. Two equines, one definatly stally, one hidden from her as of yet, this would never end well. The water shot up with the heat of her mood, rearing up around her in a boiling flurry. Her firce glare turned upon the waves. She needed to controle her emotions stronger, she hissed to herself. "Two of you I sence, one I know is near, although I know one of yous is hiding in the shadows, please show yourself, torn dweller, so I may see who I face." She was so used to an unfair fight in the darklands, she expected the equines of Shieara to pounce upon her with no regard for honour. But then she thought again, as she remembered, when she was claimed by the torns, they prefered not to harm her as she was female.

Africa chuckled as he listened to the mare, he could easily see her emotions were flared by her element, unable to control it. He shook his head as he spoke again, still keeping himself from being seen as he nickered "Looks like your not from around here are ya?" He soon enough appeared, now on the other side of the mare, leaning against a large tree as a smirk set upon his face, " I'm guessing ya from the dark? Headin'' there or just came from there..am i right?" He raised an eyebrow, soon enough scenting the stallion he just confronted at the lake was near. Africa shifted his eyes to look in the general direction before looking back to the mare. He stood upright as he flicked his tail, his body relaxed as he was a rough 4 to 5 metres from the mare and beginning to walk round her, almost like he walked on an invisable lining of a circle, his cheeky yet charming voice filling the mares ears " You should be lucky you pass by my terra, even though i may be king of the torn, i have the fair advantages, i don't take anyone by force and i do keep my word. I don't mind you passing through, there sometimes is only one way to get to some places and that means through terra's owned by enemies. So...i am willing to leave you now to go on your way, but next time, don't be afraid to drop by to say hi and a thankyou for me letting you pass without a punishment or somewhat atleast a nip or bite amongst your sea blue bodice. " He gave a nod of his head as he also gave a wink, turning towards the trees, fading into a mist as he disapeared out of sight. Even though he may of looked, smelt or sounded gone, he stood in silence by trees as he watched the mare, waiting to see her response, waiting to see if Kintaro would appear anytime soon.

Lieara didn't move as the stally apeared next to her, but her ears layed back against her skull. His words lashed at her, and she retaliated. Spinning to face him she glided forward on her soundless hooves, her maw so close to his she could almost kiss him. She scowled. "I was once a leader of Shieara, this is my homeland, but yes I went to the darks, yes I am a dark. And no, that is not of your concern. I can see this terra has been re-claimed, so be it, but treat this land well ghost element, I may be fea but I don't retaliate lightly." She hissed, her words flowing like evil. She pulled back as he spoke again, her eyes blazing at every word, growing like the saphire coles they were. As her mood grew like fire the water around her whistled through the air, swimming around her bodice, inches from her coat. It slowly simmered down, just gliding about her hooves like a serpent waiting to strike. "Very well new king, I'll go on my way, but as I said, keep the golden ones land safe, treat it like your only family..." She snorted heavily and lashed her hooves as he drifted away, her memories floading her. The golden one, as she called him, the old leader of Shieara, she wondered if he would see fit for this.... ghost.... to rule it.....

As Africa stood not visable amongst the trees, he gave a small chuckle ''I can assure you, i know how to look after My terra and how to treat it with respect like family, and this 'golden one' failed to protect it, so it is'nt known as the golden lands to anyone but you, so if i was you..you best be heading off before i do change my mind about you prescense" He snorted, His voice was slightly harsh, but it had a certain tone to show the mares attitude and anger had no affect on him, it was just merely another passer by his terra.

[shadow=red,left,300]Kintaro [/shadow]
Kintaro tipped his head as he processed the conversation. The mare never revealed her secrets, but he was sure that he could figure out how to cover his tracks now that he knew it was possible. Whatever the case, he was sure that the mare was strange to wander onto Torn territory from the Dark, only to return back to the Dark terra.
This mare was confusing, not only had she snuck onto the Torn terra, she also was very careful to cover her trail. Was she hiding something? Was she a spy? Her intentions in coming to this area were unclear. Kintaro knew he didn't trust her, and he wouldn't until he knew she meant his alliance no harm...

Lieara roled her eyes sarcastically as the stally as he walked away agin. Clearly this terra was something from what she came from, that was good. Water reared up and arched over her back, swimming around her coat. Her midnight eyes smoldered fircly like saphire coles as she glared at africa. "You need not change your mind 'leader', if that is what you are. I am staying in this terra for a small while, the darks have notexcepted me to their alliance, and if I ever stayed with the lights I'd kill them out of spite." She hissed. Pausing, she frowned upon herself as if she had given away too much already. Then her head snapped back to the shadows where she had seen the movement of equine. She took a wavering step forward, her tracks immeadiatly swept up by her tail that seamed to drip with water. Her sent was discised, but being in the open, she knew that whatever was there could see her. "Show yourself equine, I wish to know who is listening...." She sneered, her voice shielding her inner thoughts.

Africa shifted quietly as he come closer to the mare again as she replied. He now only stood inches away from her, face to face...his scent hidden from his ghostly element. Soon enough he appeared, an eyebrow raised as a smirk was set upon his face, "Well it looks like you best be staying on my good side then, if not yet accepted by the dark...and wanting to kill the lights..i'm sure i'm currently the only residence that you can stay by for now...although who says that i am not willing to possibly do something to a mare who wishes to be dark and be my enemy." His stance was strong, his muscles fairl relaxing, but ready to jolt into gear if the mare was to rear. His head was set well enough high as he towered over the mare slightly, his black forelock hanging to the left side of his face, a few strands hanging over his eyes. Just from a stance heald before an intruder, he showed such beauty and power without even moving a muscle.
