We can agree with neither, because the world does not make up each individual, and one individual does not make up the world. But all is millions, and millions is all is hardly agreeable either, because the world is consisted of many more. But who are we to judge?
The vanity, and attitude that we are right, always, our hubris, as the Greeks called it, governs our fate. The essence of what we believe in shows who we are, and what our downfall will be. "Sinful pride". Pride that leads to failure, and failure to doom. Has this rivalry between the Darks and Lights become no more than a pathway to doom?
As Avir pondered this in his mind, he wondered if the world would ever be right again, if the mutation that occurred however long ago would ever wear off. For now though, the feud remained between the alliances. Avir would never understand why it was such a big deal, but he vowed to abide by it.
The battlefield was located on the corner where the three terras met. Maybe this was the day that things would be settled...
