Avir One by one, sparks of bright orange and brilliant red sank to the ground below the stallion, him snuffing them out before they could hit the grass. He looked out to the rest of the land; his kingdom, the torn terras, and the lands of the darks... From his place upon the peak, Avir could see the entire world.
Leaving his herd wasn't something he did lightly, but Avir trusted his son with the herd, however young. But he couldn't help wonder if they were all right.
For now, he stood upon this high point on the island, watching the horses below do whatever they were doing. He looked down, where there was at least a 7 mile drop to the bottom of the cliff. He took a step back then looked back to the panorama that was the world he lived in. He didn't know why he was there...
He threw a fireball at the dark territory knowing that it would extinguish before landing there unless he tries to keep it going, having nothing else to do. He expected that others would be at Sangre as well, though his expectations were false.
Whatever the case, Avir was now standing alone on the peak... who would come here? He hoped for some mares he could claim into his herd, or some dark stallions he could mess with a bit. He wasn't one to kill for no reason, but annoying his enemies couldn't be wrong could it?
Avir laughed as he watched a few foals bucking and prancing playfully in an area in which he couldn't name precisely, and wondered whether any others would show up here...

MIST A wondering spirit danced through the trees, a white mist of a shape, just a streak of pale light for those who chanced upon it. It changed it's form regulary, like a writhing fog, twisting and turning, an illusion to the foolish and a shadow to the wise. Then it seamed to freeze... and change. Then, it was no more.... or was it? The white shadow had disapeared, in it's place was the air, and a small white bird that stood sharply on the ground. It chirped, but it's voice was strangled, as if another force was comanding it. It flew out from the trees and circled higher and higher, towards the peak's cap. It's eyes fell upon the stally and it's long white wings stilled. Slowly angling itself towards a tree hanging low over the stally it perched there, it's beedy black eyes watching it as if it were forced to.

Avir
Avir heard a bird, and looked up expecting to see the source of the noise. The small bird seemed slightly suspicious, but he ignored it and looked back to his domain and the other kingdoms before him. He could always shoot it down if needed, but at this point it posed no threat to him. If this was a horse in a birds body, it still was no threat in that form, at least not to Avir...
He looked up at the bird again, a dove perhaps? Its snow white coloring against the blacks and greens of the forest behind it was strange, it was almost too white...

MIST The birt twittered unwillingly, it's eyes wild behind it's snowy feathers. It's pale grey beak was drowned in it's desplay of brilliant blinding white. It spread one wing and lowered it's head as the stally looked up, as if bowing. Greetings Leader! It chirped in it's musically sweet song, beedy black eyes watching him. Although it's singing speech sounded more like a melody then a greeting it waited for a responce. Hopping along the branch and onto one of a lower level it looked the stally in the eye rather boredly. One small eye turning slightly to watch the ground it stared down at the trees, watching the various animals come and go, it's eyes resting upon the many coloured birds flitting among the trees, snikering silently to itself.

Avir
Avir glanced back to the bird, it's melodious song carrying a greeting, obviously a hello. This was a horse, he knew now, for no animal other than an equine had ever spoken to him. He believed her to be a mare, from her scent as well as her voice.
"Greetings to you as well. I assume you are a ghost element are you not?" he asked with a charming voice. One of his, but not his only, motivations, was the need to grow his herd, he needed one strong enough to be the queen of the light kingdom. But there was no way of knowing whether she was light or of another alliance.
"Are you light or dark, if you don't mind my asking?" He wanted to grow his herd, but also he was intrigued by the powers of those of the ghost element. One as strong as this mare, on able to maneuver herself into another body was especially strong.
He tilted his head with his inquiry, waiting for an answer. Her answer would determine whether he would strike or ask her to join him. His mind was made up, that if she was a light and was unclaimed by another stallion she could be a possibility as a light royal...

Ivoree
Ivoree danced through the trees, watching the stallion at the cliff. He was a familiar face, although she was not loyal to him. She wanted her son back from him...
But who was this mare? This horse in the form of a bird... why was she here?
Ivoree crept behind the trees, and stepped inside a bush, where she lowered her body down into a layed out position. She left her body and her spirit swirled through trees and observed the conversation from right in front of the two. She listened to the voices of the dead, but shoved their meanings from her mind, although enjoying their suffering...
She stood, almost floating between them, her very essence completely hidden from her former friend and the unfamiliar mare.

MIST The white bird fluffed it's feathers and chirped in it's quick melody. "But of course! In the birds mind I see, they dislike the equine race, what reason other then that would it have to come here, but if it was not what it seams?" It's voice raced along like a flute. Hopping further down the branch she tilted her head at him. Alliance....? "I, do not belong to any Alliance. I adjust to where I dwell, and travel the terras. You, as the bird tells me, are the leader of the lights?" It wasn't a question, she knew. Then the bird mind seamed to struggle, it senced a change in something.... Taking the warning she pushed off from the branch, circled once then gracefully landed on the ground. But when she landed, she was different. Her smooth white feathers had turned into a furry white texture, her new fangs curled down from her jaw. The sleek, agile body of a snow leapord gently laid itself on the ground. It's voice now was more feminen, giving away her gender, and had a more menacing touch to it. She never formed herself into these shapes normally, a snow leapord looked funny walking around these terras, but she didn't care now. The bird had told her something new had come. The leapords mind was board with this stally, to it, all it saw was meat. She smiled, flashing her new canines.

Avir
Avir jumped as the bird shifted into a large cat. Was this mare offended or did she sense something? Whatever it was, he stepped back, but then forward when a rock tumbled down the cliff. When he looked at the mare again, another stood by her. A familiar face, this one, Ivoree, a former ally. Since the... incident , Ivoree hadn't shown her face, but now, plain as the sky, Ivoree's reddened eyes stared back at him, a triangle formed between the albino, the stallion, and the leopard.

MIST The snow leoperd flicked it's tail and looked boredly at the new mare. She didn't surprise her, she knew that someone was there. Slowly she laid on her side and flexed her claws, watching her new weapons glint in the sunlight. She could feel ehr new leathal body rippling with it's speed and endurance. She flicked her tail smiling. Suddenly, from her laying stance she lept up into the air, body shriveling around on it's own, claws outstretched. They hooked into a high branch quite above the equines' heads. Her sharp new tools dug into the wood and she clawed onto the thin bending beam. Her tail swayed with the branch, balancing her as she settled into place. "And whom may this new ghost be...?" Her eyes danced in excitement, all she needed now was some fast prey to test this leopords limits.

Ivoree
"I am Ivoree, but not that this one here needed to know that. Hmmm a new acquaintance Avir?" she tilted her head and narrowed her eyes. How many mares was he associated with nowadays? She laughed inside her own head, casting the selfish thought away. She didn't belong to him anymore, nor did she ever.
So he was the commander of her enemy alliance eh? No matter. It's not like he had made any effort to find her once he realized she had mysteriously disappeared. She was here for one reason alone. Evonir.
"I want him back." Ivoree blurted out, not knowing what else to say. She knew the mare would have no idea what she was saying, only that someone was being fought over...
Avir
It didn't take him long to see who Ivoree meant, the anger glinting in her eyes. Evonir would be leaving soon anyway...
No. She had abandoned him... right? If he was so important to her, why here, why now, and why so sneaky? He glanced up uneasily at the new mare, now taking the form of a leopard ready to strike. He was waiting for her reaction, and he wondered if she was waiting for his.

(Quickee post, gtg!!!) The leopord stared at the equines for a long moment, before relizing these equines might want some... space. Her fangs dipped over her lip as she smirked. Winking at the stally with one blood-thirsty eye she Lept up onto a higher branch, her leathal claws digging into the soft wood. Bark fell to the ground as her agile form disapeared in the dense ferns of the tree. Here she found a fork between two branches she could curl up into, then she might shape shift again for the high decent from the peak. One good thing about being a ghost, she could have wings when she needed them, claws when she was hungrey, and any body she felt like... well, as long as no one touched her. She giggled as she dropped a piece of bark through her form. She could only stay solid for so long outside her equine prison, so she needed to regain energy so to seam real.

Avir
He followed the leopard with his pools of deep brown, seeing her wink and fade into the trees.
"You have no meaning to him anymore. You abandoned him. Leave now." He hissed in Ivoree's direction, pinning his ears all the way back. She cocked her head mockingly, as if to say she wasn't going anywhere.
